Shipping: Free U.S. shipping on all orders via Next 1 to 2 Day FedEx priority to all order placed in our website by 12 Noon EST.

DESIGN
Each rose bouquet is specially hand tied designed to impress, the artfully bouquet will be wrapped to give and preserve the natural feel and look ready for drop in your favorite vase or container. Your roses arrived in our distinctive box with our special seal of freshness and quality with care instruction for long lasting enjoyment!
After your order is submitted, you will receive:
An Order Confirmation e-mail within one hour of your order, informing you that your order has been received.
A Shipping Confirmation e-mail informing you that your Roses has been shipped.
A Delivery Confirmation e-mail informing you that your item has been received.
Be sure to enter a valid e-mail address when you provide your Billing Information to ensure that you receive these confirmations.
SHIPPING
Your order will be delivered via FedEx Priority overnight or 2 days Priority. Arrival time of your roses is between 9 am and 3:00 Pm for most places in the US (more rural areas arrival time is by 5:00 pm).
Packages do not require a signature, due to the fragility of the roses. Please be sure the recipient will be at their home/business! Petra Roses is not responsible if packages are stolen. Under rare occasions that there is a delay of your order due to severity of weather, you will be notified and given alternative options.
WHAT DAYS OF THE WEEK DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver every day except for Sundays and major holidays.
Monday through Saturday delivery:
For Monday delivery, order must be placed by 12 Noon Eastern time Saturday for the following Monday.
